The Zadar County Development Agency ZADRA NOVA participated in the Job Fair held on February 25, 2026, in Zadar, with the aim of presenting its activities and connecting with motivated and professional individuals eager to actively contribute to the development of Zadar County.
The fair was organized by the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Zadar County Chamber, in cooperation with the University of Zadar and the Croatian Employment Service. The event brought together numerous institutions, employers, and job seekers, creating an excellent platform for networking and professional development.
ZADRA NOVA continuously works on the preparation and implementation of development projects that enhance the quality of life in Zadar County. By participating in the Job Fair, the Agency sought to bring its work closer to the public and introduce potential candidates to opportunities for professional engagement within development projects.
During the event, special emphasis was placed on presenting the TOURAL project, which focuses on the development and promotion of sustainable tourism in rural areas. The project aims to strengthen local communities and enhance the valorisation of natural and cultural heritage. Given that tourism represents the leading economic sector in rural areas, initiatives such as TOURAL play a significant role in fostering balanced and sustainable regional development.
